Privacy Policy

1. Clases
1.1 All bookings made online are subject to confirmation by email.
1.2 One class lasts 50 minutes.
1.3 Classes can only be rescheduled if Platzhalter is informed in writing (by email) at least 24 hours and one business day before the scheduled class time. Classes can only be canceled from Monday to Friday. It is not possible to cancel a class scheduled for Monday on Saturday or Sunday.
1.4 If a student does not connect online for a scheduled private class, the teacher will wait 20 minutes. If the student has not connected or shown up within this time frame, the class will be considered lost, and no refunds or rescheduling will be provided.

2. Payment conditions
2.1 An upfront online payment is required to reserve a class..
2.2 In order to comply with Anti Money Laundering legislation, refunds can only be made and money can only be transferred to the person who booked / paid for the course.

3. Discounts and Credit Notes
3.1 Discounts cannot be accumulated or combined.
3.2 Discounts and promotional offers are only applicable when communicated to Platzhalter prior to enrollment and cannot be applied retrospectively.
3.3 The purchased course expires 12 months after the start date and cannot be used after this date.​

4. Expulsion
In the case of a serious disciplinary offense, repeated bad behavior (including a lack of respect towards teachers, other students and school admin staff) or infringement of Spanish law, the student will be expelled from the school. A refund will not be issued in this case.​

5. Protection of personal data ​
In compliance with Spanish Law 15/1999 of December 13 regarding the protection of personal data, Skills2Talk informs you that the personal data provided in these general conditions will be stored in a database whose liability and responsibility lies solely with Skills2Talk for commercial and operational purposes. By accepting these terms and conditions, you consent to the above use and purposes of the data you provide to Skills2Talk. You have the right to request information about your rights to access, correct, and cancel such information within the terms established by the prevailing legislation.

6. Other
6.1 Skills2Talk reserves the right to accept students aged 17 or under.
6.2 In the event that damages are caused to third parties, all expenses claimed from Skills2Talk that originate from the aforementioned incident will be charged to the student in question.
6.3 Skills2Talk is not responsible for printing errors or errors in publications by third parties about Skills2Talk.
6.4 Skills2Talk accepts no responsibility for cases of force majeure (as defined by law) or for students’ actions.

Any booking or payment confirms acceptance of these terms and conditions.
